Tory is a neurodiverse-affirming therapist with  8 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults with neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), and Learning Disabilities; as well as mental health disorders including Anxiety and Depression. Tory also provides coaching to caregivers seeking support for their child's needs or mental health challenges. Her therapy approach focuses on building connection and holding a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients.

Tory believes that each individual entering into therapy brings with them their own strengths and abilities which will be used and built upon throughout treatment. She integrates creative and innovative approaches to working with individuals seeking something different from traditional talk-therapy. This includes art and and play-based techniques, as well as somatic experiencing therapy. Other modalities include strength-based, client-centered, DBT, CBT, and ACT.
